The reality is..... most people using the dongle are using it as a tool for their business, so the issue of support is very important to them....I can wait because I only tend to use usbsmart for my phones....so for me this is a "wait and see!!!" for those who use this dongle for business and need to unlock/flash... the fact that maybe someone is on holiday/vacation is immaterial....the hardware they paid for no longer works and they have been left with their arses hanging out, surely all the team are not on holiday/vacation?

What worries me is if we go to unlock a customers handset & for some reason we get an error & the phone dies, how are we supposed to revive it without the support area of flash files.

I have had lots of problems with CID49 handsets where the CRC etc kills the phone & we need to flash it.

We all know Zulea is not on holiday as he has been seen on Sonark so come on Zulea, where are you, dont leave us all out to dry.

i tell you what ....
tommorow my setool is coming i cant afford loosing my customers ....
i know they can say you can unlock them bla bla bla ..... and i have most flashes on my hard drive ... but still support is support i cant afford loosing customers so welcome setool ... and i have to dust cruiser as well....
but still i made from 50 euro investment a 2k so i can afford for new tool ...

br evryone take it easy buy a 6 pack and relax
