started yesterday my usb-smart stop working. it says dongle not find all the time plz help?

also make sure drivers are installed

follow this easy tip to make sure
on device manager check if any yellow question mark than reinstall drives manually insdeed windows allow to do that

m sure on that way u may resolve the problem
than download Usbsmart_Maintenance_v40 from www.usb-smart.com
and update the dongle

Note: if your usb smart already activated to samsung and motrola feature so after update you need calculated activation text file again to reactivate to samsung and motrola feature

the dongle works very good before and the driver is ok too. i try another computer still the same thing and i try to uninstall it and install again but still don't help. i have the samsung and motorola feature on my dongle . it just stop working yesterday. any one have any idea what happen to it?

May be your dongle (hardware) have problem.
Activation for samsung and motorola is for card. Dongle hardware is just a smart card reader.

So, try to change card in one working dongle (hardware) and will work for sure.

BTW, do you have pkey for jaf? or jafwm? If you have this you can try insert card in this reader and start sw. Have to work

Hi, first put out the dongle then do a restart of Computer and stick back the dongle.......I´ve got this problem a few times

i tried to put my sim card in the twister access dongle it still the same dongle not find. i think it is hardware problem.

Try to connect ufs box then connect usb-smart dongle in to ufs box hub..will work....

i try to plug in the ufs3 box but it is the same thing. and i put the sim card in the twister access dongle still dongle not find. everytime i plug in the dongle the driver still shows up i don't know why it happen like this. any one have any idea?

finally i got my replacemen dongle from reseller but they give me a new dongle with new SN#. so my motorola and samsung feature is not working.
