it appears that someone doesn't want free suport for USB Smart aka flashes.

I don't understand why moderators removing the links and don't help us to support a product through this forum.
I gave a link for fast ftp upload/download and someone removed it!
I would like to know the reasons that they remove the links.
If there is any mod to answer our question and not try to open ftp accounts. Our try is not against the rules of this forum
