Stop releasing installers with old UFSx.dll - GSM-Forum

I don't get these people AT ALL. They must have tested their new updates so WHY THE **** DO THEY KEEP RELEASING NEW INSTALLERS WITH A USFx DLL THEY KNOW DOESN'T WORK. The old ufsx.dll (68kb) will always give the error can't connect usfx but every new update contains this same file instead of the new (80kb) version that works. If anybody can shed some light on this mystery I would be very greatful.

yep, just to confirm what your saying m8

three versions of the ufsx2xx.dll, 68kb, 72kb and 80kb.......the 80kb file version 3.1.6.1 is working when using a ufs box with usb smart (lg, se)

acctually the ver of ufs driver depends upon the version of your ufs setup installed. basically if you installed the old ver of ufs setup files, the drivers bundled in that installer are old also, which happens on all usb-smart installer made. so to solved the problem on usb-smart installer, just delete all ufsx2xx.dll inside each folders, and im sure that it will run 100% without errors/conflict.

current ufs suite and usb smart lg and se softwares have older drivers included, i cannot say for sure where i got the 80kb dll from but i had it to try

I also hope and can get a help, I use of the UFS2 XXs, the DLL is a 80 KBs!!!

just got my UFS today.

68k file is not good.
