when i try to connect to the syupport area it gives :

this is a server problem.
I can offer some help for files ,
or if you have Jaf go to Support and Download files from there.

WE ALL MUST WAIT FOR USB SMART TEAM ARE BACK!

Maybe try the following:

1. check if you have saved your activation files first! (this is very important!)
Not request files, but activation files!!!
2. run USB-SMART MAINTENANCE (latest version)
3. Update smart card!
4. Activate your addons with the activation files again.

Or maybe really a server problem...

problem only for SE support not for SAMSUNG or MOTOROLA then for what activation ?? is what ? it has an activation for the SE ?? LOL it's zulea problem ... it will solve this problem after its return of the holidays

If you can understand english language, read my post again... I wanted to point on updating smart-card not activations. And yes I know, that no activation needed for SE, but other addons need it and updating smart card will reset activated features too. Do you ever own motorola or samsung addon too or just got your simple SE usable Usb-smart as gift to Christmas from Santa? LOL now....

ps: if you own a JAF and Pkey too, you know updating smartcard is what used for.
Anyway in this case with usb-smart this could be a server problem.

(I just read your post again... and find that you really need to learn english better ... LOL LOL now again!)

activation expired

same here activation expired... yesterday its ok..... maybe server problem... what can we do???? will just wait for zuleah and the people sorrounds... and hope they will fix this problem.... soon
