| I can't update my dongle. Always it stops on 11-20% and says "Another thread is using long time USBSmart.dll" - see the attachment. I tried UsbsmartMaintenance 2.0-2.3 but not happy  I restarted PC ran UsbsmartMaintenance 2.3 but again it stopped on 11% with same error. My dongle connected to USB PCI 2.0 Card |

| @ALL Having problem updating USB SMART DONGLE. I already encountered your problem, PLEASE USE WINXP SP1 or WIN98SE, don't use WINXP SP2 + HOTFIX. Tested 100% working on WINXP SP1. br RNC_EBM |

|  No Problem with Win XP SP2 Hi m8s. for me it Occured Problem Saveral Time. for the 1st time it stopped on 18% then mostly on 13% But each time i disconnected Dongle and re attached with No Firewall Protection. at last i have done it On Win XPSP2. So u can try it. Luck Regards |
