this 2 phone show imate then dead

if phones can go into boot-loader mode,JAFWM can flash these phones.

hi im new in jafwm now i dont know how to get the phone to enter into boot mode, everytime i connect the phone using the usb cable the computer asking for driver and where can i find this driver? pls anyone help
