hi have the MDA wnw i do the Boot when i connect the Usb cable get this errror

hmm i instll the latest Activesync 4,2

some one can help

[17:33:46.168] ERROR: Could not find flasher for this device type.

i think this is a new MDA HERM300 is this supportet to unlock ?
