of course not. you can flash or reset you device, no matter what, the imei will remain same as you wrote by yourself.

AFTER JAFWM RESTORE SOFTWARE MODULE TAKE OUT THE SD CARD FROM UR PHONE AND PUT IT INTO EXTERNAL CARD READER IN UR COMPUTER
