SPV C500 joystick problem - GSM-Forum

I have an SPV C500, did a soft update and the joystick is not working any more. Anyone had a similar experience?

Me. Phone it was in damaged software, i flashed with
Orange-4241_with_keyb_SDA.
Qtek-8020_with_keybSDA_keyboard.
Qtek-NL_213121_253162_Ship.
SDA-t-Mobile_NL-SD_ORY!!!.
SP3_NRE_2.1.331.3.exe
SP3_RUS_2.2.33.12.exe

and same problem, phone function ok but joystik not work
I change keyboard with joystik and not work
I made reset from jafwm and manual reset but no positive result...
One phone it was from orange romania and another i don't know(it was flashed on another service)

Originlally mine was Orange RO Spv.

I downloaded two ROMs from orange but none are from RO. Unfortunately the Romanian site doesn't offer soft update.

If anyone has original ROM from SPV C500 RO, I think that would resolve the joystick problem.

Support can you please help? Where do I get standard ROM for SPV C500?

If you have JAFWM you can find on support area.
or orange.ch

..and joystick is not a soft problem , do not waste time to flash phone.

bcs is a hardware problem.

orange ro is not on jafwm support.
Joystik is sw problem, i hange-it from a workink phone and on flashed phone not work. Before flash it was ok

I have the same problem .... until flash the phone joystick work fine ... after flash don't work ... i try all rom's form support .... please help us JAF Mobile team

mate , i give you 2-POSSIBILITY to get rom for C500 .

ROM you have on support site , read little on forum and you can find answer.

About joystick i told from my experience , you can flash more time but you not get any solution.
You need to open phone and change joystick , i' have solution about this price 20.euro

yes 100% oke, this is not hardware problem but software !

I have solved joystick problem, i give c500 hard-reset, without card's in phone, holding 2 softkeys plus power button, release power button hold down 2 softkeys , then you get a menu in screen, it ask youo to pres 0 button,

than is flashed phone with jaf wm en this nk.nbf file:

now is joystick back a live again !
