spv c550 on flight mode


hello guys i got spv550 the problem in the set is still on flight mode not change any body tell me how can i solve the problem or how can i format or restore the set any codes plz give me the solution i m waiting

just hard reset ur set it will solve ur problem

this is how u do it

switch off the set
press the two soft keys togeather
keeping the soft keys pressed press power on for two seconds(2 sec)
the phone will power on and a message will be displayed to press some key to reset the phone
do that and wait for few minutes for the phone to restore and restart.

brother which is the soft key any two keys i have to press at the same time and also press power button i understand but which two keys

turn the device off
press both softkeys ( the 2 keys directly under the screen, used to open menu's etc. )
briefly press the power button, 1 to 1.5 sec.
keep holding down the softkeys.
after about 1 second, you should see the bootsplash screen for about 1 second,
then you a black screen with 'press 0 to restore factory defaults'
pressing '0' now will hard reset your device.
note that the hard reset takes quite a while, several minutes.
