@support pls check what is this problem while flashing prophet!

Im trying to flash a Prophet which was always on I-mate screen and had the following below mentioned OS in it;

i tried flashing this phone version :WWE, Version: 2.20.7.34, and i got this error;

Please support me! i need your feedback as to wht is the problem! as customer is impatient! the problem is that now the phone doesn't even switch to bootloader mode (rainbow) and doesn't get connected or detected by the system?
