T-Mobile SDA Tornado stuck in bootloader

Hello to all....
I put an SDA T-mobile (Tornado) in bootloader node and use JAFWM to do a factory reset (unit had a security code). After JAFWM finished it was successful but phone never leave bootloader mode. I tried the following:
Manually hard reset the unit but jumps back to bootloader screen within seconds. I did a factory reset in JAFWM but same thing it goes back to bootloader. Any help would be greatly apprecicated.

PS: I checked the files in support but contains only one T-Mobile file which can't be used with JAFWM. If anyone has a T-mobile file I can use please let me know.

Thnaks, JOHNNY.

<<<EDIT>>> Provblem solved with other solution.

johnny we all would love to hear how you solved this problem.... what other solution?... the only way i know to fix this is to reflash with the stock/shipped flash.... or the way you were supposto was to unlock with a credit from jafwm and that fixes it the phone needs to be cid unlocked to use jafwm for regular flashing
