Can reset password on my already unlocked S700i?! - GSM-Forum

I'm trying to reset the password only on an already unloked S700i. It doesn't work. How else can I do it???

It worked fine after cleaning the connectors.

but the question is WHERE IS THE SUPPORT???????????????????
