was there a change done to the server or something today? because I tried many times yesterday and it was always the same message! (I downloaded the files from the support site and followed instructions) the thing is that I'm not sure if there is a problem because I still didn't get any LG phones to unlock since I did the update!

There is no problem if giving error saying firmware wrong,it will work.just try to hit update and it will give u the message saying update successfull.
