it is free now,

Go to settings and select :
SIGNED MODE
ALTERNATIVE SECURITY BYPASS
Go back to A2 tab and press Unlock Repair Button
While holding key 2 and 5 connect DCU60 cable to phone .

and the phone is unlocked.

select phone type i.e w810
click on identify
in setting select signed mode (use server for bypass/csca) and enable alternative security bypass
go back to sonyericsson tub
click unlock/repair and then follow instruction
