Dongle not recognised

I have been tryingo to install the dongle in two computers but drivers didn't recognise the dongle :S Any advice??

No one can help me I have a dongle but when I try to get something using the drivers the computer says that there is no information about the dongle in the drivers. I tried in 2 computers with winxp

It's easy. When you connect your dongle, you have to select the folder where you have the driver. That's all.

Yes but I tried that and the dongle is not recognised with the ddrivers

Hi,

try to see if it works on a system where is already installed. It is very uncommon for dongle to break phisically due to the steel casing, but it can happen...

Wray, dongle drivers where succesfully installed under Win98 but when I tried to open the software for Repair/Upgrade dongle system reboots...

Hi,

this happens when the software finds threathening software running, like debuggers or invasive RAM sacnners like old versions of Norton Antivirus, firewalls, etc. Try to stop not necersary processes.

Well I used this computer just a couple of times last year...I haven't firewall antivirus, spywares...Only windows, even some of the drivers are not installed...(Sound card, Vga...). I will send the dongle to a friend and he will try to use it in his computer where Wray dongle is already running

My dongle was stolen by an important package company when I sent to my friend... Problem is over
