Hi,

Hi,

English:

Pass1: Select the COM port where th interface resides. Verify if is not in sharing mode with other device like FTDI USB2Serial interface types. If it connects in any mode, TAT or Flash mode then you don't have a hardware problem.

Pass2: For flash mode you have to take care what phone are you connecting. From Philips 350 phone generation and higher, the boot is kept inside the flash, so is not longer needed the upload of external boot, this the so called "Jack boot". Is improper caled "Jack boot" because the new models even those without a jack connector have this internal boot. So in Flash mode it must be used a connector type cable, not a testpoint cable. For that type of cable, eventually when the phone is dead(unsucceed flashing or empty flash) and is not booting anymore on "Jack boot", it must be used Recovery mode from Extende menu.

Pass3: If the phone doesn't boot you have to check the power on interface, sometimes the notebooks doesn't have enough ampers for proper functioning of interface especially if you are using a HUB between...

Pass4: The resistors on Rx si Tx of 2k2 till 10k are a MUST HAVE. To verify it must be measured the voltage, it must be over 0.

Pas5: Some phones are booting when you gently push power on once, if you keep pressing you will power the phone on. For others like 162,9@98, Alcatel OHx the power button must be pressed longer, aprox 2sec, and immediately after the phone started to boot, you must remove your finger.
