sent 2 mails 2 weeks ago for registration my lurker dongle but still no login and pass for support even no answer from his side this is not good support please help me

For me after received dongle, Have send mail to reseller, after 2 hours they already gave me passwords login their site. now already unlocked 3 Mistubishi m341i phone.

yes sir good way to have support ask dirctly your reseller

i do that with my arabic costomers

For All Users Who Do Not Have Password In Support Areea:

if you read this it says that you can email to them but they do not respond my resseler is difficult to reach.

and do they only answer mails from resselers????

i think when you let your *******rs wait so long this is not good supprt

the resseler is the one that should give you user and password.
is not wray;s problem if u've choosed a bad resseler

yes. and everybody needs to wait with the re-registration process.
is a simple matter.

also chain of support is : coustumer - resseler - producer.
your buissnes is with your resseller.

i am not saying that i do not want to wait only i do not want to wait for one month and i cannot reach my resseler so its not to much to ask if i just want version 5.1 to run this cost me money do you understand
