hi all , many years ago I bought a mt box nokia , and it worked very well , now unfortunately I install the new version 2.83.3 and , for example the sw doesn't find the product file... (which is the path? before it was ..... C:\Programmi\Nokia\Phoenix\Products ) have I to put it in the trash or may be exist a file that can help me to unistall and re-install it ?

hi all I undertand that nobody MUST answer me but I saw that 85 people read my post. is it possible that nobody can help me ???? I'd like to know how to unistall and reinstall correctly with the last upgrade my Nokia MT box
example "you need these files and beware this procedure...."
I installed last nok mt version but the box doesn't reach the products files and I don't know the path file . thanx in advance

Open the griffin.ini and correct the yellow line with the correct address

products_folder=C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\
flashldr_folder=C:\[Boxes]\GriffinTeam\MT-Box\FlashLoaders\Flash\
flash3ldr_folder=C:\[Boxes]\GriffinTeam\MT-Box\FlashLoaders\Flash3\
flashusb_folder=C:\[Boxes]\GriffinTeam\MT-Box\FlashLoaders\FlashUSB\

no need to uninstall, check only if the paths are correct in the griffin.ini,

if some models are missing, upgrade the phoenix.ini from Griffin Team Support Forums - Powered by vBulletin

That is all

I can suggest to test
create the folder C:\Program Files\Nokia\phoenix\products
drop in the above folder any old product
test if mt-box can see it

i checked the paths and everything is ok, so the only thing is to unistall and reinstall it, so the best way is to unistall all the version that are on my pc or .... i don't know which is the best procedure to reinstall with the new version

add this line :
products_folder=C:\Program Files\Common Files\Nokia\DataPackage\Products

exactly under the line :
products_folder=C:\Program Files\Nokia\Phoenix\Products\

that is what i did to solve the problem.
