3 days now I can not use otuf silver

3 days now that I received my box and can not use it cos neither can I update it nor can I access support area. otuf team seem to be on vacation. I am still waiting....

I already tried it since the first day but my serial is not found on the server so update and download area not possible. u can read my previous post about this. only gsmmasters can fix this. this is my first time to look for supporter online during 3 days and not find them. anyway I am still waiting...

Your reseller have to inform gsmmasters that the box needs to be activated. If he never requested activation, it will not work.

my friend I bought my box straight from gsmmasters.it is now 4 days that I am looking for them online in vain but I am still waiting...
