Activation problem - GSM-Forum

well, i just got a new O.T.U.F Box but when i use "internet update" it says "can't find the serial" so i send the log readed from the box but still got no answer!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! can you do something please or may i wait longer ?

Thanks bro, already tryed all the possibilities, i even formated my pc and re-installed the os but nothing. It has something to do with the box activation. I'm still wating for this f***in team to activate this s***y box. i guess they are still under the new year's night alcohol effect
