how to make c552x cable because i have soldering cable to pinout but software not read info.just boot procedure and nothing.

Use *** cable. Cut the plastic so it can fit into the phone.

If regular pinout does not help than you can try to add poolup resistor of 10K to box.
I attached picture if they can be helpfull.

If pool-ups can not hellp, then you can try with addapter.

I try with resistor, adapter and don`t boot, what is the problem with c552a from sudamerica?

hi the problem is not in the phone the problem is in some OTUF BOXES I AM LIKE U BROTHER i can not unlock C552 SO WHAT THIS BOX HAVE MORE THEN VYGIS NOTHING PLEASE HELP US OTUF TEAM

We have phones that Wynsoft send us (C55x and Elle) and can not enter boot, they are also from South America. We work on that but till now there is no results.
The only phones that we find that can not enter boot are from Movistar Columbia, so I encourage all customers that have phones from other network to try to modifie boxes or make adapters.
We will do our best to solve South America phones that can not enter boot.

Thanks to WynaSoft that send us phones we have good results.
Solution should be released soon.
All other C55x and ELLE that have communication problem will work with this solution also.
