C651 language change problem

I had a dead c651 , i made full repair and phone will be good! After it i try to change language( because repair flash doesnt contain hungarian lang),but after writing lang ( langpack is same version as phone soft) phone is power on but there isnt any number and character. If i write back original lang, phone is working good again! Maybe lang pack is not good or lang change producere is not perfect.
How can i solve this problem? Im waiting for help!
Regards Roniri

I try to use full repair flash and clone flash too and after writing full repair flash or clone flash phone worked perfectly, but if i try to change lang to hungarian than phone had a problem. I used two different langfiles, because version of clone flash and repairflash is not same ,so i think there is problem with language changing. I made full factory reset too,but it didnt help too.
Maybe i read full flash from good working phone (with needed language) and send you to make full repair flash from it.
