I sent 2 mails to GSMMASTERS (my reseller) but I have no answer. My silver Box is out because it lost the hard lock. I successfully write pass1, pass2 and ******XX.ulg but I can't updating my Hard Lock. look :
Reading Hard Lock...
Connecting to server...
Server Connected...
Sending log : ******XX date : 04/12/07
Server received log...
Support Out of Date!

Now, I must buy a credit for additional support or no? If yes, can you give me prices. and where can I buy it?

Hello,

here you have out of date, thats mean you support is finished (12 months)

to be able to use it again you need to take again support.

Silver account : 12 months + 25 free logs
Blask account : 6 months +10 free logs

This is not my fault. Your box is poorly designed, this is not normal it often loses the hardlock.

Maybe it's made explicit, it saves you more money.

There is nothing with design but box security, and there is not money problem but working solution...

Box have problem in your or mine hands ?
