I am discouraged with my otuf silver - GSM-Forum

I bought my otuf silver about 4 months ago. since then I have never been able to unlock or clone a single alcatel c552x because soft can not boot phone. OTUF team freely sent me a elle adapter but still not working. I bought tsmbox with elle adapter and that box can boot the phone but can not clone it

. now I have 2 boxes:
otuf silver which can clone the phone but cant not boot it and tsmbox which can boot the phone but can not clone it.

what can I do now?
I am told that the new box hardware of otuf black box does not have problem with elle booting and that I can buy it with silver account. I have many pieces of c552 phones to clone but if I buy the new hardware the old one is a lost (530$ with shipping cost). I do not know what to do then and am still asking for a solution to this matter.

work for me without any prob on otuf old hardware , so just see again with your adapter

me too sir same probleme elle c552 not connecting withe elle cable in otuf silver usb box but i'm not testing yet the adapter

sir i'm not testing adapter i'm just testing cable ELLE who is with the box
" to make your cable work with elle / c55x u need to pool this 2 pins higher "
but probleme same

Tell me if your box is RJ45 or USB cable conneciton please,

- if its USB you need adapter.

- if its RJ45 then :
* Open connector, swap RED and YELLOW wires or..
* First click on needed function on soft and then plug cable
