The reason is mostly cause our high price and support payment.
There were many boxes that are cheaper and has unlimited support, so we could not be popular of course.

I will try to explain something that is important for future and it will give helpfully informations with our/future customers.
As for the time-limited support. That's the way it was, always... No other box (except for s2gsm) is dedicated to Alcatel/TCL brand now, no other box was able to offer support for all the new features during this year - e-series, c-series. Even s2gsm only offers these features with per-log payment. Thus OTUF is the only box that actually supports (or will support soon) all the newest features. That shows the team is working day to day to be able to provide these features that're not found anywhere else. This deserves money customers would pay for support prolongation. Besides a box would still work, even if support is expired, it's just that new features wouldn't be available. It makes it as good as any other box with "unlimited" support, because it is then comparable to what unsupported OTUF box gives to a customer.

I hope that this will reach to our potential customers and help them to do right choice...
