VS3 unlock problem "Writing Error"

Hi everyone, I'm pretty new using the Panasonic Tool for USB-Smart. The firts time I used with a VS2 phone and works ok. I didn't have to enter the code that the software reads from the phone. Just push the "Read" button and then turn off an on with another SIM an works.

Now I try to unlock a VS3 but in the last part of the operation the software shows me a message about some "Writing" Error or Problem. I disconnect everything and start from the begining, this time the error didn't shows but the big roblem is that:

- Everytime I put the SIM card from the network I'm planning to use the phone gives me problem with the signal. Sometimes the phone register ok but don't let me make calls and after a couple minutes the signal drops and the bars stay flat, other times the phone stays in the "Searching" status for an eternity and when I try to make a network detection it detects my network but when I select the network it gives me an "registration failed" message.

And friends the phone is brand new so a hard problem is almost imposible.

Please help me. I need to do something about it. Maybe the "Writing Error" is what broke the phone and it's a way to save it.

New error. Now it gives me this error message everytime I try to do any operation with the phone, no mater if the phone is on or in test mode.
