problem unlock VS3 - GSM-Forum

I have a vs3 that is loked
I wana to unlock
intall all driver and it connect with usb smart panasonic soft and read version and imei but in read of code it give me erreur 0x1E (I think that !!)
trayed with a accepte sim card and same problem and for phone in test mode and same problem erreur after connection ???????????????????????

serial cable and dont need any driver(i have not usb-smart)
manual in boot mode(service) and unlock

I don't unlock VS3!!
First i read unlock code (pic VS3) and after I do Erase SEC.Phone is not unlocked and software displayed Error code: 0x0B or Error code: 0x0A(pic VS3-After).Please help me and write me step by step for unlocking phone!!!
