hi ZUleha what is the problem with my usb i update bt cant use USB samsung, panasonic, Quanta_Calculator_v10 TOOLS attachment file show error message plz solve my problem...waiting ur response

no problem, I thought u were using v2.3... one of my customers had the exact same problem, after using v4.0 , problem gone.

i know it can be a stupid question, but did you buy the activations for use in your dongle? I mean... from what you said, I understood that SE, for example, is working fine, only the ones that require optional license are not working...

Motrola tool works ok SE,Alcatel,LG,Sharp all ok bt only samsung,panasonic, and Quanta_Calculator_v10 TOOLS not working and i m using v4.0 maintance tool it show go suport samsung go support motrola go support usb
