5 pins soldering tweezer convert to 7 pins Hi! did anyone knows how to convert soldering tweezer 7pins to 5pins to be use at rework stations ? I cant find to there website or google.thanks in advance regards, |
You must identify the pin 2 of the resistance and the pin 2 of the temperature probe and verify that they are compatible ... |
do you have a schematics or diagram, sorry can't find any. |
No sorry. If you want you can post photos of disassembled connector so you can see all 'inside as it is assembled. |
|
seems all 7 pins are not connected . 4 or 5 pins are connected rests are not connected or idel . need to know soldering station 5 pins connections . positive pin , gound pin & other temp sensing pins . |
Well, there are 4 wires in the photos, now you have to find the 2 of the heating resistance and check with a multimeter that the value is the same as you want to put if you do not burn it, the two remaining wires are the temperature sensor here too you have to measure Its resistance if it does not have the same value will not detect the right temperature. |
U can easly check the pinout of both m. But u need to disassemble and check. For tweezer seem have double resistorn |
