Autoclave is heated vacuum chamber, but I guess it's hard to heat something without air.

What lcd's are you laminating?

Autoclave
We have just imported an autoclave - it is the opposite to a vaccum chamber - ie you need an air compressor to pump air into it and it is heated. Ours operates at around 100/110 PSI and heats up to 50c - hope this is useful info.

An autoclave machine is an instrument used to sterilize equipment and supplies.

I think I am right in the fact that the autoclave for removing air bubbles from OCA adhesive is different to the the autoclave used to sterilise medical supplies etc.

The autoclave we are talking about here is a heated pressurised chamber... Whereby I believe that the medical autoclave also involves steam... If anyone knows any better then please post!
