Exclamation DC power supply, not all phones turns on

Hello,
I'm new here so don't be angry on me with my stupid questions

I got DC power supply 30v 5a and not all phones connected directory to battery socket turns on...

WHY?

Those who don't turns on after pressing power button current flows, but no turns on. With battery works fine.

that supply is not good in phone using as supply very much current you may take but anyway here is what you do put the positive and negative supply in your phone terminal now that will not power on as usual then you net another wire that connected in grn and put it in the bsi connection to your phone dont forget to setup the voltage in 5volts only ok then your phone will be turn on and you can do your psu as the supply or battery of your phone
