Digital Oscilloscopes-DS1102E | 100 MHz

DS1102E | 100 MHz rigol Digital Oscilloscope .

Price: $399 .

Brand : rigol

Purchased from this site .
http://www.tequipment.net/RigolDS1102E.html
Did anyone deal with this site , I am awaiting the arrival of the shipment

My question
Is frequency 100 mhz
and Real-time Sample Rate 1 GSa/s enough to deal with all the fault Frequency and voltage , In other words, and in another way.Is there a higher frequency of 100 MHz need to be measured , Except networking problems .

I know if you want to solve the problems of networks needed to 3 ghz frequency , Price:6000$ And also Spectrum Analyzers .
