Dual sim cover


Hi!
Does anyone have the schematic for making a dual sim card cover? I would be very happy for it!

The dual-SIM adapter I hold, has 2 chips:
1. Philips HEF4013B (Dual D-type flip-flop)
2. Philips HEF4066B (Quadruple bilateral switches)
1 resistor
1 capasitor
1 diode

I`m new here but like to build my own things
