Question eeprom writer scheme - how to set up software?

Someone posted this programmer scheme some days ago, but can't find it again so I don't know who it was.

I've just build the scheme but can't seem to get it working with Ponyprog 117h. Anyone has suggestion about how to set it up or maybe what other soft to use?

Thnx.

Still haven't found proper setup... on both Ponyprog and Icprog reading seems to be ok (no error report) but writing gives error and leaves 12C508A empty.. Anyone got advice?
