Member: 1112585 Status: Offline Sonork: 100.1645028 Thanks Meter: 91 | u can use hot air GUN with correct procedure.! it is combination of heat & time. time is between 2 ~ 4 minutes. heat must up gradually. u can "calibrate" in your tools & environment. !!!!.over heat can damages the IC or PCB.!!!! for safety, use or put temperature sensor beneath the PCB. for heat monitor. tips.! check electronic component near the IC with tweezers. to make sure that tin already been melted. |
