Problem is not when removing the glass, but glueing it back without bubbles.. how this tool can resolve that ?

This tool is good only for separating broken glass. To get rid of air bubbles you can use another machine. if interested, contact me in pm or skype. I can supply the whole semi-automatic line directly from China and provide technology support for customers, consult in skype

can you provide some video on how the separation works and how to glue it back so we might have some idea on how it works and maybe we will buy the machines?

just watche the video on youtube and it work very well and about fix the glase it's very semple whith special lamp (ultraviolet ) and special glue ..... nice work

we have for sale cheap solution to complete repair broken glass without bubbles, results is same like using very expensive equipment, and it is very universal.

the idea is simple , the machine in the first picture heats the whole assembly(glass-touch-lcd) to 100 celsisus , then using a wire like the fishing wire you drag the wire betwen the glass and the lcd. after cleaning the glue , there is a special glue that you apply , put the glass on and the there is a box with 2 uv neons that cures the glue . not sure about bubbles though
