flashing sony-erricsson problem with cooperation fighter vs dss25 on cruiser platform

hello
first: i don't wery well write in english - so please forgive me mistakes and please rewrite intelligible... thx

problem - over 200 phones to reflashing from emma3 to emma1 and customize... and i've just one fighter cable and but i haven't so much time....
i tried conect 2x dss25 + fighter cable on usb serialport
ports are visible from cruiser , but their not cooperating
additionally DSS won't start (only after hard reset) or if it will start then process on fighter hanging up
everything is ok when i clear ports (just one port is visible from cruiser soft)

1. there's no problems in windows drivers;
2. RAW, file system customize etc... every files (1 set pack for every port) are in diferent localizations - itsn't miss of multiple use of that same files
3. separetly cables working ok.
4. licence is to 4 ports

if some one had any idea where is the catch pleeeeeeease write
i know is possible using them like that
knows somebody how to configure several cables on USB serialport with one key ?
maybye it's wrong configuration .... but i don't know how to do it...
or maybye have some one .pdf tutorial to send or link or anything....
