Hi ,

Nothing called Glued material or under fill material remover , do not be faked from snake oil products.
Only, by heating you can get the material soft and available to be cut , temperature vary from material to another ( transparent material soften on 120 C for example others need higher temperature ) . Then you have to make gaps by needle or sharp knife and apply more flux , then you can remove any chip easily on the melting temperature.

i have tried it many times 80% boards alive and 20% sleep for a long time.
you can easily remove with blead and tuser and heat gun.
there are some fake glues available in market but they work not
just use simple BGA past.
