GSM Gain Antenna - Would this one work? - GSM-Forum

In our vacation home the operators signal does not work very well. Actually our neighbors gsm 's all work but our home is a dead point. In various places at home it works but when we move a little the signal is dead again. So it is not an exact dead point as our GSM's work in neighbours.

What I would like to ask is - is there a possibility that this one will work:

GSM Mobile Cell Phone 9dBi Gain Signal Booster Antenna - eBay (item 260607378179 end time Jun-20-10 19:01:50 PDT)

Is it possible that this can do its job and we are reachable and can talk ? I would not want expensive hardware but would like to try this.

It may work for u. 9 dB gain in signal should help u.
