how to reflow a non lead pcd!

attach is a document i download from a website. But forgotten where i download.

Is about the thermal profile of reflowing a pcd board in the manufacturing factory.how to profile.pdf

If you remember as far back to these phones, then you have been working on lead free (Pb free) boards for some years now.

Its not really such a big deal, but the document you attached is still a nice read
