Dear All,

BGA work is not easy because you are not the robot that have high accuracy to place and control your hand. Why that you must train with us to use a AT850 hot air to remove or replace BGA IC? If you see from VCD, it look soo easy and can make you kill your phone because damaging the PCB. So, we don't have VCD but we can teach you to replace the BGA ic via practise in the class. If you propose is can do the precision SMD and BGA work.

Infact for new version phone can not touch too much with the BGA ic because it more compact, high precision and checking for the id that can not change part from the original. Then some part we can not touch it any more. It is the fact.

So, this course can give you only fixing or replace part for the old model, concept of operation, how to use the tools and instrument to measure and check on the pcb phone. The decision is up to you...

We have the new course about Application develope, phone programing, software develop, interfacing with mcu or pc, game producing, etc. It will open on May 2004.
If any one interest, can contact us.

Sincerely,

Superjune
