I updated my NaviPlus from v1.1305 to v1.1307
Now it keeps on restarting.

Cannot enter Menu
Is there any solution?

Many things you need are available at the link below. What we can not say would be to list which models are available by region. The regions will always have the / A at the end, which letter is a mystery about what it means.
