Change NMP7xxx and u solved prob if u r sure that it is reason of dead phone...But i don't think so...

I have never seen 33/82xx phone dead by NMP

NMP is UI circuit ( user interface ) and can not prevent phone from powering up even if LEDs are short circuited....

Anyway, try to flash phone and provide me more details...Maybe i can help u...

this one had vibration trouble... it worked ok.. then by mistake i hit the link and the phone powered off.. i think some pins must have shorted on that IC.

I heard of a similar thing on 33X0 no ringer.

with this some other component blew up... but no idea which is to be replaced.

My ICQ is 25960690

thanks for youe assitance mate

Hi

Just remove NMP and try to power up phone.....

Otherwise, change ccont and/ or 32768kHz osc B200

Sure u do......

U never mentioned that phone has other failures too....

B100 is 26MHz osc and if it is broken phone won't power up !
If B100 is unstable ( fluctuations in freq ) u won't get network !

B200 is near ccont ( looks like small stick ) and if it is broken phone won't power on.
If it is unstable, phone jam often or resets itself.....]

And how do u see that phone has network? That means that phone will power on now and u solved both problems???

B200 is 32768 kHz and it's located near ccont....

B100 is 13 MHz osc and it looks like small metal box. It is located near hagar.....
