i serviced my nokia 2330c-2 after it fell into water and presently if you power it, it will come up fine but after some while it will go off intrmitently...................solution please!

Try to rehot or reball power ic

somebody help please, i have done the rehotting and reballing stuff but it didn't work. i learnt it requires short circuiting........................................ ......help.
