i'm planning to operate a small cellphone repair shop..but I don't know what parts should be in my inventory first..What is commonly used parts like IC? im not sure if this is the right section to post this thread.

when uyou say hardware you mean lcds/glasses change or micro electronic repairing?

What is your experience in that?
