The Osram Bulb 15V 150W has a life of 50 Hours according to OSRAM and is very expensive around 50Euro and lasts only two weeks. Is there any equivalent bulb ?

Hi,

Click the data sheet button after going to the link below. It says 50 Hours.
http://www.gilway.com/shopping/shope...?id=746&cid=52
The bulb is OSRAM 64635 Gold. Are u using something else ? Or
perhaps u are not using your PDR too much. I have just stated using a PDR and within a week the bulb has ****n. I had not used it for the last two years!. I've now got it replaced. Let me see if it lasts longer.

Hello,

50hours for 50€ is not very expensive.

For reballing GPU you use 1 minute maximum for remove and 1 minute maximum for reball and you take 50€ from customers.

50hours=3000minutes

repair one GPU=2minutes and cost 50€ maximum
3000minutes=1500 GPU repaired
1500GPurepaired=1500*50=75000€

if 50€ is expensive for customers
30€ is the best price i think.
30*1500= 45000€

My reasoning is good?
