SMT Rework station for repair mobile phones - GSM-Forum

hey guys thanks to be at this great forum , i am make new rework station
for repair mobile phones with smt station and pre heating station , i already have T8280 pre heat im wondering which machine smt to buy ?
i seen aoyue 968 is not so great heating and many not official models exist with poor quality , im thinking maybe this is better model for me ?
Aoyue 2738 Combo Station 220V
can you tell me if its good station for repair mobile phones chips ?
or if theres something better for me

if you want us to recommend , put a price limit , because we can recommend big thousand's dollars rework machines..

the one you posted is a good machine , but the best is the one you like , for example i "love" my lukey 8520D , witch is a cheap gordak ******* but it work's for 3 years without problems

What makes real difference for hot air with 2738 ?

Kytan666 > let's start with tools that cost less than 250$, and you can also tell why the investment may be better if I had something like 500$ ?

it's very easy to find out why

in 80-90% of cases more $ means better quality, as i said i work with a extreme cheap station , but i tested expensive tool and they worth the money if you have them

I am so happy with aoyue 909. It has power supply, hot gun, and welder. It's okey, no so expensive. Here a link with specifications
