Solder doesn't stick on usb conector why?

Hello, i bought the micro usb conector from diferent supliers...

Already change iron, plut flux, temperature etc..

hello

before of to solder any connectors whatever its nature you should always clean tin residues with braid this facilitates the cohesion of the tin .
Remember
good flux
good tin
temperature on iron stable to 350 i advice to use copper tips are economic and great performance.
